Dr. Fulle, who graduated in Foreign Languages and Literature with honors at the University of Genoa,has been working in the field of intellectual property since 1997.
She joined Martegani & Partners in 2015 after over fifteen years in the profession in other specialized offices, where she was able to gain considerable experience in all areas of Intellectual Property, particularly in the management of national and international trademarks, in both the European Community and Overseas.
She is Italian and European mandatory for trademarks and models (accredited by the European Union Intellectual Property Office – EUIPO).
She has gained experience in prior-art search activities by analogy, opinions on confusion between brands, evaluation of the protectability of new trademarks.
She has managed worldwide trademark portfolios of important Italian companies operating in various sectors, particularly in the field of fashion and in the food and wine industry.
Her activities include consultency on trademarks, in particular, with respect to the filing strategy and continuation of Italian, European Community trademarks, international registrations and national and foreign trademark applications and the management of trademark portfolios.
She also assists foreign clients in all activities relating to the protection of trademarks in Italy and in the European Union.
