Maurizio Giuli
INFORMATIONS
Ing. Maurizio Giuli, who graduated in mechanical engineering at the Politechnic of Milan, has been working in the field of Industrial Property since 1982.
After gaining experience in industry, Ing. Giuli worked for over 20 years in one of the largest Italian companies of intellectual property and joined Martegani & Partners in 2010.
He is European patents, trademarks and designs Attorney, and as such has directly and/or indirectly followed hundreds of patent procedures in front of the Examination, Opposition and Appeal Division, in Munich, and trademarks and models before EUIPO in Alicante.
He is Italian mandatory patents, trademarks and designs Attorney and has contributed to the filing in Italy of thousands of patents, and the relative examination procedures of corresponding patents deposited in foreign countries, both in relation to the European Patent Convention, and outside of the same in collaboration with local foreign colleagues.
He has extensive experience in the field of industrial property, in particular with respect to advice in support of legal action.
He is customarily appointed Party Technical Expert (PTE) in cases of industrial property by a variety of clients who are leading companies in their fields, thanks to important patented technological innovations and defenses.
He is also customarily appointed Technical Court Expert (TCE) in industrial property cases at the main Courts and Courts of Appeal in Northern Italy.
He belongs to the Order of Industrial Property Consultants, and is part of the most prestigious associations, such as AIPPI and FICPI.
